Complaints
If you have a complaint against your insurer(s) you will find their complaints procedure included in the policy documentation. If you wish to complain about the way we have transacted your business we recommend that you initially telephone our office to discuss your concerns with the relevant person or department.
If you remain dissatisfied and wish to register a formal complaint please write to, Mr. M. D. Eagles at Oamps or alternatively telephone him on 020 7929 6880 or e-mail at info@oamps-sr.com. Our aim is to resolve any complaints within prescribed timescales as set out in our complaints procedure, a copy of which is available on request.
If the matter is still not resolved to your satisfaction you may be entitled to refer it to the Financial Ombudsman Service (FOS) if you are an eligible complainant.
